Customer Service Policy


Excellent Customer Service is our highest goal

No matter what question or problem you might have, you can always contact us and we will answer as soon as we can during our regular business hours: Monday through Friday from 9am to 6pm ET, except on holidays. Please keep in mind that we are working in different time zones, so there may be a delay in receiving your contact information and extended time may be needed to follow up on your request.


  1. Spiritual services

Spiritual services include Long-Distance Healings/ In-Person Healings / psychic services / readings, counseling, coaching, courses and online classes. We will get back in touch with you personally to help you and to try solving any problem you might have. Please see our Refund Policy for additional information.


  1. Digital services / goods

As mentioned in the Refund Policy due to their nature digital goods are not refundable, the customer is taking immediate ownership by downloading. Should you experience any technical issue while attempting to download your purchased digital good(s), we will of course provide a solution as fast as we can.


  1. Products

Please contact us within one (1) week after receiving your merchandise for any concern.
